1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lung AQI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lung AQI is a mobile application operated by The Acorn Studio. Lung AQI lets you monitor real-time Air Quality Index and PM2.5 levels nearby. Check instantly with a home screen widget and stay informed about the air you breathe.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lung AQI. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Lung AQI may offer subscription-based premium features.
  • Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. All billing is handled by Apple according to their terms.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Interfere with the App's security features
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Lung AQI are owned by The Acorn Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lung AQI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
