Data Deletion Instructions

The Acorn Studio respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your Lung AQI account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.

If you cannot access the app, or prefer to make the request by email, send a message to lungaqi@theacorn.studio with the following information:

• The email address associated with your account
• The subject line: Data Deletion Request - Lung AQI
• A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

When you request deletion, we will permanently remove the following from our systems:

• Location Data

Lung AQI integrates with third-party services. Deleting your Lung AQI account removes the access tokens we store, but you may also want to revoke Lung AQI's access directly from each service:

• Air Quality API — manage connected apps in your account's privacy or security settings.

After deletion, we may retain limited information only where required by law (for example, financial transaction records) or in anonymized, aggregated form that cannot be used to identify you.
