The Acorn Studio ("we," "our," or "us") operates OnePushMan. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

We collect minimal data. OnePushMan is designed with privacy as a core principle.

• Health & Fitness Data: Step count and walking/running distance are read from Apple HealthKit to fill your Movement ring. This data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
• Camera Data: Your device camera is used for real-time exercise rep counting via on-device AI. Video is processed locally and is never recorded or transmitted.
• Account Information: Anonymous authentication is used for the weekly league. No email, phone number, or personal information is required. A display name you choose is stored with your league standings.
• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data such as which features you use, onboarding completion, exercise types, and rep counts to improve the app. This data is linked to an anonymous device identifier, not your real identity.
• Crash Reports: Crash logs and diagnostic data are collected automatically to help us fix bugs and improve stability. This data does not contain personal information.
• Subscription Data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but not your payment details.
• Device Identifier: A vendor-specific device identifier is used to link your analytics profile across sessions. This identifier is not shared with third parties and cannot be used to track you across other apps.
• Account Information: If you create an account or sign in with a social provider, we store your name and email address for authentication purposes only.

The limited information we collect is used to:

• Provide and maintain the app's functionality
• Manage your account and subscription
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve the app based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data associated with OnePushMan. Where possible, data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms.

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple HealthKit: For reading step count and walking/running distance to track your Movement ring progress. Read-only access; we never write to HealthKit.
• QuickPose SDK: For on-device AI-powered exercise rep counting via the camera. Performs a license validation check on launch; no exercise data is transmitted.
• Firebase Authentication: For anonymous account creation to power the weekly league.
• Firebase Firestore: For storing weekly league data, leaderboard standings, and display names.
• Firebase Crashlytics: For crash reporting and diagnostic data to improve app stability.
• PostHog: For anonymized product analytics including feature usage, onboarding funnels, and exercise patterns. Data is linked to an anonymous device identifier.
• Apple App Store: For subscription management and payment processing.

OnePushMan is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Opt out of any analytics (if applicable)
