Data Deletion Instructions

The Acorn Studio respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your Focus0 account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.

1. Open Focus0 and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

If you cannot access the app, or prefer to make the request by email, send a message to focus0@theacorn.studio with the following information:

• The email address associated with your account
• The subject line: Data Deletion Request - Focus0
• A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

When you request deletion, we will permanently remove the following from our systems:

• Screen Time Data
• App Selection
• Subscription Data
• Account credentials (name, email, and authentication tokens)

Focus0 integrates with third-party services. Deleting your Focus0 account removes the access tokens we store, but you may also want to revoke Focus0's access directly from each service:

• Apple Screen Time API — manage connected apps in your account's privacy or security settings.
• Apple App Store — manage connected apps in your account's privacy or security settings.
• Firebase Authentication — manage connected apps in your account's privacy or security settings.

After deletion, we may retain limited information only where required by law (for example, financial transaction records) or in anonymized, aggregated form that cannot be used to identify you.
